The Annie E. Casey Foundation's annual Kids Count Data Bookwas released this week. The report analyzing child wellbeing ranks Arkansas 39th in the U.S., up one point from the previous year. The foundation's President and CEO Lisa Hamilton explains that the state's progress could be hindered by the Coronavirus pandemic.
