Federal Judge James "Jay" Moody, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas yesterday issued a preliminary injunction to stop a new state law from going into effect later this month that bans gender-affirming medical care for trans youth. A lawsuit challenging the ban, filed by ACLU of Arkansas in late May, will proceed.
