ACLU Sues to Block Arkansas 'Safe Act'

Arkansas plaintiffs, 15-year old Dylan Brandt, and his mother Joanna, claim not having access to gender affirming medical care will be devastating.

ACLU of Arkansas has sued the state from deploying a new law scheduled to go into effect this summer that bans gender-affirming medical care to Arkansas trans youth and levies penalities against physicians who attempt deliver such care.
