UAMS research connects racial discrimination to vaccine hesitancy

A new study through the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) finds people experiencing racial discrimination are more reluctant to get vaccinations. The research shows several factors such as age, gender and race can influence vaccine hesitancy.
Don Willis, assistant professor in the department of internal medicine at UAMS and a medical sociologist, visited the Anthony and Susan Hui News Studio to discuss the report.
