As many choose to spend most of their time at home during the pandemic, bread baking has become one of the more popular undertakings. We spoke with the owner and head baker at The Family Crumb in Bentonville about the trend and then tried out a simple no-knead bread recipe from the New York Times that's perfect for beginners.
