As employees are returning to their jobs during the state's first phase of reopening the economy following the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, many are wondering if they can be ordered back to work without adequate protections in place or whether their unemployment benefits will be affected if they decide it's not safe to go back to work. We go over the rights workers have in these and other situations with Legal Aid of Arkansas attorney Kevin De Liban.
