Grant Funds Master Plan for Dead Horse Mountain Wetland Restoration

A degraded wetland in the White River Watershed in southeast Fayetteville, which is jointly owned by the city and the Watershed Conservation Resource Center, is undergoing ecological restoration. Stephen Luoni, director of the University of Arkansas Community Design Center, was recently awarded a National Endowment for the Arts grant to develop a public access master plan for the Dead Horse Mountain project. We conduct a site visit.
