New Report Says Tyson's Dominance Hurts Workers, Farmers

The Union of Concerned Scientists andThe Guardianreleased a report earlier this month that says Tyson's "near monopoly" on the poultry industry in Arkansas is three times more consolidated than the U.S. Department of Justice's anti-trust threshold. Economist Rebecca Boehm says, that imbalance of power has negative outcoumes for workers, farmers and the environment.
