In his annual State of the University address, University of Arkansas Chancellor Joseph Steinmetz reflected back on the instution's accomplishments and looked toward its future as it nears its 150th anniversary. As the number of Arkansans graduating from high school declines, Steinmetz wants to implement strategies to keep enrollment steady at the U of A. The entire address can be viewed here.
