Nine COVID-19 Cases Reported in Arkansas, Governor Discusses School Closures, Testing Capacity

On Friday, Governor Asa Hutchinson announced there were three more cases of COVID-19 in Arkansas, bringing the total to nine. The governor also discussed new school closure guidelines from the CDC and the state's capacity for testing for the disease.
