Peacemaker Festival Issued Citation for Violating Health Department Guidelines

Arkansas Beverage Control has issued a citation to the Peacemaker Festival in Fort Smith, which took place over the weekend. According to ABC, the festival violated Health Department guidelines when some attendees failed to wear masks and practice social distancing.
