Fayetteville Student's "Pandemic Prom" Artwork Heads to U.S. Capitol

A color pencil portrait of two young women dressed up in gowns with nowhere to go is heading to the U.S. Capitol for a year. The artwork by Autumn Blaylock, who just graduated Fayetteville High School, is titled "Pandemic Prom" and it recently won the Congressional Art Competition for the 3rd District of Arkansas.
