Under New Law Grid-Tied Solar Systems Lose Retail Net-Metering Credits

On today's show, the Arkansas lawmakers recently passed a law slashing net-metering credit rates. Home and business solar systems in the state receive net-metering credits for excess solar energy distributed into the electric grid.
