SCOTUS allows mass layoffs at Department of Education

The Supreme Court ruled on Monday that mass layoffs at the Department of Education can move forward.

Kate Shaw, a law professor at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a host of the Supreme Court podcast “Strict Scrutiny,” joins us to discuss what this means for President Trump’s plan to eventually dismantle the department.
