What to know about new Texas redistricting maps

In Texas, new congressional maps are out, carving out five districts where President Trump handily won last year. Trump pushed Gov. Greg Abbott for new maps that would add five Republican seats in the U.S. House. Texas lawmakers are meeting in a special session.
