Family Business Forum
Family Business Forum
The 3rd Annual Family Business Forum is a full-day event built for family-owned businesses in Northwest Arkansas who want to go from good to great: in their communication, their leadership, and the way they work together.
Whether you're running a business with your spouse, your siblings, your parents, or a close partner who feels like family, this day is designed for you. The stakes in family business are different. The conversations are harder. And the wins are more meaningful. FBF is the one day a year where you're in a room full of people who actually get it.
What to Expect:
Doors open at 11:00 AM with lunch at The Jones Center in Springdale. Sessions run from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, ending with the Family Business Forum Awards and open networking.
The day includes practical, interactive sessions on AI in your business, communication skills for family teams, and what really drives high performance. Led by hosts Sami Kinnison and Angela Belford of Be Freaking Awesome, you'll hear from real life family business owners and collaborators on their experiences.
This isn't a passive conference. You'll leave with real tools, real connections, and a clear next step.
The Family Business Forum Awards
FBF closes with the annual awards ceremony recognizing outstanding family businesses in NWA. Nominations are open to the public now through April 30 for the Next Generation Leader, Cornerstone Collaborator (the non-family team members that keep the ship running), and the Outstanding Family Business Award for the best family business in Northwest Arkansas.
Tickets
Early bird tickets are $75 through April 30. Starting May 1, tickets are $90. VIP tickets ($150) include a pre-event coaching session with Sami or Angela to help you get the most out of the day.
