As Chair and Professor at the University of Arkansas School of Journalism and Strategic Media, Larry Foley will talk about his extensive career as a broadcast journalist, documentary film maker, and educator, which began with commercial and public television (AETN)where he worked in many different capacities. This was followed by the numerous award-winning documentaries that he wrote, produced, and directed, which were mostly about his home state of Arkansas, and his academic experience teaching others. Lunch will be from Tula and is included in the class fee.
