The August Savor the Ozarks Dinner will feature Chef Andrew Straka of Simmons Foods and showcases the abundance of seasonal produce available through local farmers, paired with responsibly sourced proteins and thoughtfully crafted preparations that highlight the region’s agricultural richness.
The Savor the Ozarks Dinner Series is a year-long culinary journey celebrating the Ozarks’ seasons, food traditions, and local agriculture. Each dinner highlights the best ingredients of the season and provides a platform for emerging chefs and food business owners from the AFIC@MCO shared-use kitchen to refine their craft, collaborate with celebrated local and national chefs, and build pathways toward financial sustainability.
