Five Local and Regional Bands to Play Swinkfest, October 18 at George’s Majestic Lounge

George’s Majestic Lounge will be home to Swinkfest on October 18th. Swinkfest concert marks a milestone celebration of Fayetteville’s Joe Swink, who through Swink Booking has supported the local and regional music community for three years.

Swinkfest will feature five favorite local and regional bands: Thoughts on Bowling, Dear Cincinnati, HalftimeShow, Placeholders, and Frailstate. Their music is NWA midwest emo, SE Fl emo, SW Mo emo, nu punk, and alternative pop.

Swinkfest is an all-ages show, doors open at 7:30pm, music begins at 9:00pm, tickets are available now, presale for $12.00 at http://www.georgeslive.com and day of show for $15.00.
