This year’s Summit will be held at two of the city’s most remarkable venues — the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Heartland Whole Health Institute — both founded by Alice Walton, whose vision for uniting art, health, and leadership has set a powerful national tone.

Now in its fifth year, Unity — which I founded as a young Black entrepreneur in my 20s — continues to connect executives and students through mentorship, leadership, and access, supported by organizations including Netflix, STARZ, and the Alice L. Walton Foundation.
