Fifty Years of Free Speech Involvement

In 1965 Mary Beth Tinker was suspended from her school in Iowa for wearing a black arm band in support for a Christmas Truce in the Vietnam War.  Her case was eventually decided, in her favor, by the United States Supreme Court.  Her Tinker Tour goes to schools, universities and other locations to remind young people they have a voice.
