Margarita Solorzano (middle) is a member of the League of Women Voters of Washington County.

It’s been 100 years since American women were granted the right to vote. The 19th Amendment was ratified on Aug. 18, 1920 and this week we’re partnering with the League of Women Voters of Washington County to celebrate the centennial by hearing what voting has meant to the lives of some of their members. Today we hear from Margarita Solorzano.
