We’re remembering Ellen Gilchrist today. The author, former University of Arkansas instructor, winner of the National Book Prize and longtime Fayetteville resident died Tuesday night at her home in Mississippi.

We remember Art Herzberg, who died this week. Art Herzberg was among the first GIs to land on D-Day. His life was the inspiration for the play My Father's War. In 2021, after a TheatreSquared production of the play, he talked with the audience about his epxeriences.
