The Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Pulaski County Special School Districts are closed Wednesday. However, district offices will be open for 12-month employees.
The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is also closed, with both day and evening classes canceled.
Due to icy road conditions, Governor Asa Hutchinson will implement a two-hour delay for state offices in affected areas for non-essential personnel.
