Dr. Sherlita Amler is from Marmaduke and has several degrees from Arkansas State. She is currently the Health Commissioner in Westchester, New York. More than 300 people in New York state have been infected, over 100 of those in the area Dr. Amler is in. She tells how this started in Westchester.
