Susan Gaines will lead a 20 min chair yoga session accompanied by Drum Medicine who will perform for a 90 min set
Susan Gaines is a yoga teacher based in Eureka Springs, AR. She has been practicing yoga for a little over twelve years and received her 200 hour teacher certificate in 2018 and in 2022 she went on to receive her 300 hour certificate.
Susan believes in the transformative power of yoga for the body and mind.
You will find Susan teaching a basic hatha class at the ESCC on Saturdays. She also gets to teach yoga to visitors at the Crescent.
