Thai Partner Stretching

Thai Partner Stretching

This Thai Partner Stretching event on the Mountain will feature side lying and seated positions.

Learn how to stretch out your partner in a safe and effective manner. This is a beginner level step-by-step class with seated and side lying positions. The giver applies gentle passive stretches to the receiver, with no help from the receiver and relies on clear communication from the giver and receiver. These are passive stretching techniques designed to take you into deep releases, further than you can take yourself. So grab your partner, a friend, sister, neighbor, whomever and make it happen! If you don’t have a partner, we will pair you up or you will work with an instructor. This is a fun and interactive class with Diana Michelle from Fine Art of Massage and Paul Summerlin, musician and yogi, founder of Seven Diamond Mudra.
