What if your energy didn’t just improve this season… but actually came alive?
Join us for a 6-week Qigong series on the mountain designed to help you release tension, restore energy, and move into summer feeling open and steady.
This is more than a class. It’s a reset.
Rooted in Qigong—an ancient practice combining slow movement, breathwork, and meditation—each session builds on the last. By the end, you won’t just follow movements. You’ll have a practice you can return to anytime you need to reset.
No experience needed.
Over six weeks, you’ll move through a natural progression:
Release tension and soften the bodyBuild breath and coordinated movementDevelop presence, clarity, and easeThis is a grounded, steady practice designed for real life.
