Rockin' Baker is a local bakery in Fayetteville that trains and employs individuals who are on the Autism spectrum. Recently, Rockin' Baker began a Chef's Challenge Series with area Chefs giving the cadets a few ingredients that they then turn into a specialty bread. Pete speaks with Daymara Baker and Chef Chrissy Sanderson of Mockingbird Kitchen about the challenge coming up in May.
