Two weeks after Gov. Asa Hutchinson announced the first case of COVID-19 in Arkansas, the number of positive cases has increased to 280. The Arkansas State Police will continue Class D (conventional motor vehicle) driver license testing under the temporary and limited adjustments made effective on March 18.
