April 3, 2020 1:45 p.m. — During his daily COVID-19 update, Gov. Asa Hutchinson announced Arkansas has 704 positive cases, an increase of 61 since yesterday. Currently 71 people are hospitalized. Beginning tomorrow Walmart will limit the number of customers who can be in a store at once. Stores will allow no more than 5 customers for each 1,000 square feet at a given time, roughly 20 percent of a store's capacity. Details availablehere.
