It's rare to catch the entire production of Stravinsky's groundbreaking chamber work "A Soldier's Tale," which includes a narrator and characters on stage alongside the chamber ensemble of bassoon, violin, trumpet, trombone, clarinet, contrabass, and percussion. A faculty ensemble in the UA music department will do just that tonight, paired with a 2013 companion piece by Chicago composer James Stephenson. Catch the Stravinsky suite plus a conversation with members of the faculty ensemble in today's Of Note with Katy Henriksen.
