Biology Could Lead to Teen Night Owls

School start times vary with age and across districts. Some say the variations are meant to accommodate bus routes while others say high schoolers are biologically inclined to stay up late and rise late. The National Sleep Foundation recommends between eight and ten hours of sleep each night for teenagers. We talk with a teen, a sleep expert, and the Fayetteville High School Principal.
