The first four homes in south Fayetteville's Willow Bend neighborhood are under construction. Partners for Better Housing is developing the mixed income neighborhood. The nonprofit offers affordable housing through its Pay It Forward program, which provides a $35,000 mortgage discount to families making less than 80% of the median family income for the region.
