Tough Times in 1974

Emotions were raw in September, 1974 as Americans considered the pardon of Richard Nixon, escalating inflation and the legal fate of people who did not observe the draft to fight in Vietnam. Randy Dixon, with the David and Barbara Pryor Center for Arkansas Oral and Visual History brings us audio archives of that month.
