Avoid sun damage by covering up with hats and long sleeves, and limit exposure during the hottest part of the day.

Temperatures will be just below or slightly above 100 degrees the next few days. With sunscreen and caution, Ozarks at Large's Kyle Kellams has a few ideas of how to get outside this summer.
