Arkansas and Oklahoma 1st and 2nd, respectively, when it comes to drone commerce readiness. That’s according to a recent report from the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Brent Skorup is a senior researcher there and he says there are 6 factors they use to determine these rankings, but the idea of this annual report is to get state and local aviation leaders interested in drones.
