New whitewater park in northeast Oklahoma

On this week's edition, the Waters of Oklahoma and Arkansas (WOKA) Whitewater Park opens this weekend adding a new outdoor recreation destination to the region. Also, a possible debt-free pathway to a diploma at an Arkansas college.
