Arkansas State announces program aiming to provide free tuition

Arkansas State University in Jonesboro recently announced a new scholarship program that aims to provide free tuition to a majority of Arkansans. KASU's Marty Scarbrough spoke to university Chancellor Dr. Todd Shields about the new A-State Promise Plus scholarship program.
