KUAF's Community Spotlight Series features the work of local nonprofits. The events mentioned on the show this week included the Natural State Roller Derby's season opener tomorrow afternoon, and Big Paws of the Ozarks Valentine's Day party, Smooches with Pooches.

Natural State Roller Derby will have it's season opener this Saturday afternoon at the Jones Center in Springdale. Tuesday night they will be the featured non profit at Prairie Street Bar and Tap 'Trivia Night'.
