Traci Rae Manos also known as Ozark Daughter, is a poet and folk singer-songwriter based in Northwest Arkansas. A sixth generation Arkansan, her work explores connections to kin, land, and lore.
Manos’s fourth recording, Ozark Daughter, will be released on Friday, October 29, 2021. A livestream listening party on her YouTube channel, “Ozark Daughter Music”, will mark the album release.
Thirteen all-original songs by Manos make up the Ozark Daughter album which was recorded by Jason Miller at RedBarn Studio in Springdale from 2019 and 2021, and mixed and mastered by Sam Duncan at Red Beard Sound in Siloam Springs. The album features Manos on acoustic guitar and lead vocals; Ben Bergstrom on mandolin, percussion, and harmony vocals; David Farley on dobro and banjo; Brandon Wimberly on bass guitar; Steven Hamilton on fiddle; Brach Siemens on electric guitar; and Bob Coleman on harmonica.
