Hosted by Queenie Be of Queenie Connects, the excitement unfolds as one bachelor or bachelorette takes the stage to chat with four potential matches. No photos. No apps. Just fast thinking, playful banter, and genuine chemistry.

While the on-stage experience is designed with singles ages 35 and up in mind, everyone is welcome to attend, cheer, and enjoy the show.

After each round of conversation, the lead contestant must make a bold decision, choosing one person to Hard Pass and sending them home. As the field narrows to the final two, the tension builds until one match is ultimately selected as the Hot Date.

Audience members are part of the fun. Guests can cheer, react, flirt, and ask questions, adding to the energy and unpredictability of the night. Hot Date, Hard Pass is a high energy, crowd engaging experience that celebrates connection, confidence, and a little bit of drama, all live and unscripted.

Audience members can express interest romantically or platonically, making this both a matchmaking event and a low-pressure space to build new friendships. After the pitches, stay for music, drinks, and open mingling.

Open to all 21+, all sexualities, and all gender identities, with participants selected from applicants based on availability and compatibility to ensure a dynamic and diverse experience.

How It Works

On stage participants will be selected with a preference for ages 35 and up
Selected participants will be notified before the event
At the event, one bachelor or bachelorette takes the stage with four potential matches, and narrows down to one chosen HOT DATE.
The lead contestant chats with each person through guided conversation rounds
After each round, one match is chosen to Hard Pass and removed from the stage.
When two matches remain, the lead contestant makes the final choice. One person is selected as the Hot Date
The audience cheers, reacts, and can ask questions throughout the event
