Working in the Ozarks, Chuck Davis is an independent curator & photographer – a visual artist whose work critically observes Ozark history and the adjacent lands once described as Indian Territory. The collection, Ozark Giraffe, celebrated and reclaims a style of Ozark architecture that’s often misrepresented and overlooked through photography. Come mingle in the gallery with other art enthusiasts while sipping wine and enjoying hors d'oeuvres.

This fall, roam a world outside time as acclaimed studio Klip Collective uses light, sound, and state-of-the-art projection mapping to transform acres of Ozark nature into a one-of-a-kind journey across time and space.

Designed exclusively for the museum’s North Forest, this outdoor, site-responsive experience features six immersive installations for you and your crew to explore. Witness the natural rhythms of the Earth brought to life, see yourself fractured across the surface of a broken time machine, marvel together at the movements of the forest in a landscape of light, and more.

Backed by a custom soundtrack and open during the Ozarks’ most beautiful season, Time Loop truly offers an outdoor experience unlike any in Northwest Arkansas.

The 3rd annual Northwest Arkansas Fiber Festival will be held at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Fayetteville on November 7 and 8 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Forty-one national vendors from 11 states will offer their wares ranging from hand-dyed artisan yarns and exquisite fiber blends to project bags and supplies as well as project kits and finished art pieces. Find premium materials and tools, incredible expertise, and beautiful artisan gifts all under one roof! The NWA Fiber Festival also features 12 classes on knitting, crocheting, weaving, felting, embroidery projects and more! This is an inclusive 5K and 1 mile Fun Run that celebrates neurodiversity, movement, and community. Designed for participants of all backgrounds and abilities: run, walk, or roll to the finish line!

SLS Community, a Fayetteville-based nonprofit and service provider for neurodivergent adults, invites runners, walkers, and volunteers to join the 2025 SLS Dash 5K & Fun Run for Neurodiversity on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Kessler Mountain Regional Park in Fayetteville.

The event starts with race-day check-in beginning at 7:00 AM and the races kick off at 9:00 AM. Participants can choose between a 5K course ($35 registration)and a 1-mile Fun Run ($25 registration)—both wheelchair accessible and open to all ages and ability levels. For neurodivergent participants, registration is $10 for either race.

The SLS Dash is designed for runners & walkers of all backgrounds and abilities, both neurodivergent and neurotypical. This is an empowering, energetic, and social opportunity to connect with others and enjoy a morning of activity, music, and camaraderie. Whether you run, walk, jog, or roll, every mile makes a difference and celebrates the strengths of the neurodivergent community in Northwest Arkansas.

Superhero Theme: “Dash Like a Hero”. Both racers and volunteers are encouraged to show as their favorite superhero to keep the post-Halloween fun alive. Not into superheroes? Feel free to repurpose any family-friendly Halloween costume or just show up however is comfortable.

Proceeds support SLS Community services, events, advocacy, and initiatives for neurodivergent adults. This year, there is a particular focus on Program Forge, SLS Community’s vocational training and job placement initiative for neurodivergent adults.

The Machine Behind the Art: Inside JR’s Printing Press is one of JR’s most extensive immersive and experiential works to date. After taking portraits in one of three individual photo booths, visitors enter the interior of an oversized, whirring printing press – turning their image into a tangible work of art while offering a glimpse into the creative process of JR. After the experience, visitors leave with their own, one-of-a-kind print.

George Dombek Studio and Art Gallery is celebrating its 30 year anniversary of inviting the public into his Goshen workspace. This year's Open Studio festivities will feature special events held from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on the weekends of November 1–2, 8–9, and 15–16, 2025.

Jim Rice began his fused glass career in 2013 as an intern with CainFusions, a prominent fused glass studio formerly located in Lenexa, Kansas. In 2015 Jim opened his own studio, Jim Rice Fused Glass, in Shawnee, Kansas, relocating to Eureka Springs, Arkansas in 2018. His artwork and designs are recognized for their unique and whimsical interpretations of nature and everyday life! Much of Jim's artwork is ""retro"" in style, drawing from the 50's, 60's and 70's, with an emphasis on the music of those decades.
Raquel Debbie Franckx, an artist residing in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, finds inspiration in a life enriched by travel and a deep appreciation for the human experience. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, a vibrant border city where cultures from Mexico, Texas, and New Mexico uniquely converge, she developed an early fascination with art's ability to express the complexities of the human condition. Bold colors and the creative upcycling of magazines characterize Raquel's art. Raquel is focused on repurposing materials in her art as an expression and a method of recycling and protecting our environment. Raquel's art encourages viewers to reflect on the beauty and complexities of the human experience, prompting deeper introspection about themselves and the world around them.
Susan Idlet is a Fayetteville, Arkansas-based artist whose passion for art ignited at the tender age of six. Upon retirement in 2016, Idlet rediscovered the joy of art, dedicating herself to exploring the vibrant world of colored pencils. Idlet's work is a celebration of vivid hues, often drawing inspiration from photographs and evocative words. With a playful spirit, she delights in capturing the unexpected and humorous aspects of the world around her. Beyond her artistic pursuits, Idlet serves as the board president of Fenix Arts/Gallery in Fayetteville. Her work has been showcased in numerous local exhibitions, including at the prestigious Walton Arts Center, and she was even featured in a video produced by the Crystal Bridges Museum. A seasoned creative professional with a background in marketing and graphic design, Idlet continues to freelance while immersing herself in the vibrant art scene of Northwest Arkansas."

Forrest McCurren comes from the heart of the heartland, where the foothills of the Ozarks meet the Big Muddy: The Middle-of-Missouri. Blazing his own trail while stylistically tipping his hat to the songwriting giants of the past, McCurren wields the magic of lyricism to cast a light on the many intricacies of everyday life set against vignettes of Middle America. Tackling topics such as: wise words from waitresses, heartbroken high school football standouts, and tattooed trailer park lovers, McCurren writes songs for good people that got bad grades in school, are drunk on dreams, and still trying to figure out if life is sour or sweet. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76shra7afp0
