NAMI Arkansas is a private, non-profit organization whose mission is to help people living with mental illness, their families, and the community. NAMI Arkansas operates a statewide organization providing and coordinating a network of local support groups providing support, education, and advocacy throughout the state.
Using principles learned from the Fundamentals, Figure/Head, and Painting classes, we’ll apply our knowledge and skills to Great Master artworks. We’ll learn watercolor basics (wet on wet,wet on dry, color mixing). Each week we’ll look at various artists such as Rubens, Rembrandt, Winslow Homer and more. From each, we’ll cover the human figure, landscapes, and abstracts.
All levels welcome!

Retired educators and retired edu support staff gather to have lunch, engage with other retirees, share news, information, and updates on retirement benefits. WCRTA provides a $1500 scholarship to students pursuing a teaching career and also collects donations to local charities.
Terrific Tuesday Nights is a family-friendly, educational, summer series hosted at the Garden on select Tuesday evenings throughout the summer. Each session is from 5-7:30pm.
