Today Pete talks with Dr. Pearl McElfish from UAMS Northwest about a new educational series on Integrative Health. Integrative Health is a holistic, interdisciplinary approach to preventative health care that combines alternative and conventional treatments for overall wellbeing.
An upcoming installation to this series will take place on October 25th from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm at the Schmieding Center for Senior Health and Education in Springdale. This discussion's topic is movement and mobility, and is appropriate for all age groups.
