Today Pete is joined via phone by Berenice Alcala with the Hispanic Women's Organization of Arkansas to talk about their upcoming virtual festival celebrating Cinco de Mayo.
The Cinco de Mayo Virtual Festival will be held July 11th from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will celebrate Hispanic culture, education, and communities. This virtual event will be hosted on all of HWOA's social media platforms and will feature local businesses and organizations, local talent, as well as celebrate the success of HWOA's 2020 scholarship recipients. All of the funds raised during this festival will contribute to the HWOA Scholarship Fund.
