The Arkansas New Music Ensemble will present its concert this Friday, featuring crossover music that embraces a melding of diverse musical styles from hymns to popular music to the sounds of a nuclear reactor. Ensemble leader Jamal Duncan stopped by the studio with a few other ensemble members to chat with Katy Henriksen about the upcoming performance. “One of the pieces is called ‘Test Drive,’ and I've used that as a metaphor for the entire concert,” says Duncan.
