Plus, we find out what the new guidelines from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention mean for Arkansans who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. And, we celebrate the many identities of women in this week's edition of Sound Perimeter with University of Arkansas Music Professor Lia Uribe.
