Program Helps Kids Aging Out of Foster Care

The Children’s Emergency Shelter in Fort Smith is expanding its mission to serve children who are turning 18 and are aging out of foster care. A $25,000 grant will support the shelter’s GET REAL 24 program, which will equip foster youth with the life skills needed to successfully transition into life as an adult.
