Daniel Rodriguez, dean of and the Harold Washington Professor at the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, keeps a close tab on federalism and the relationship between the federal government and state governments. He recently delivered a Hartman Hotz lecture about federalism and President Donald Trump on the University of Arkansas campus. Before his lecture, he came to the Carver Center for Public Radio.
